Head in the Clouds
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Ford’s Gin
¾ oz strawberry puree
½ oz lemon juice
1oz egg white
1 oz Prosecco
Directions:
Hard shake the first 4 ingredients with ice, strain back into shaker.
Add ONE new piece of ice, shake drink until it can’t be heard.
Pour into a large coupe glass or martini glass, gently top the drink with prosecco and dust with strawberry sugar.
